2. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
- The following items are non‑returnable under all circumstances:
- Sale or clearance items
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
- Customized or personalized items
3. Return Limitations
To prevent misuse of our policies:
- We may limit, restrict, or deny returns at our sole discretion.
- Customers with repeated or suspicious return activity may be blocked from future returns or refunds.
- Returns that do not meet our requirements will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Items returned outside the 7‑day window are not eligible for a refund.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange cannot be completed, a refund may be issued instead, provided the item meets all return requirements.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theresmorethanthis.com with photos. Verified issues will be replaced at no cost. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
