Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

 

2. Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes up to 30 business days, depending on destination and carrier delays.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable.

 

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

 

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.  

If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

 

7. International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
